Whenever we give out food to the communities (corn flour and beans), we always give them more beans and encourage them to plant some of the beans in order to get more harvests. Due to the prolonged drought, they now make small gardens around the boreholes such that they can keep watering the crops with the water from the borehole. We are praying for God’s provision and partners to establish irrigation schemes that will help these communities make their own food and even on a larger scale.
